Ankit Ahuja said, "It was tough, but that's bound to happen in any tournament. These were hands where I couldn't have done anything, so I didn't make any mistakes. I was just okay with it. And still, I was glad that I had so many chips that even after I lost those hands, I still had 100 bigs after that."
Paulius Plausinaitis won the $25K NL Hold’em event at EPT Cyprus, taking home $264,690 in prize money. Artur Martirosian was the man who pushed Plausinaitis the hardest, out of nine players who sat to play at the final table, all with relatively similar stack sizes.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
