Amavis Shines as Schoolmates Battle in Estrellas Poker Tour
Amavis, a player from Huelva, made a deep run in the Estrellas Poker Tour event in Valencia. He will face 30 rivals the next day to reach the final table, with the first prize being 77,700 euros.
Darkored, a professor, and students Sr. Saeba and cerecito from the same school also won prizes. Only Jairoller and Darkored had a significant number of points that seemed to encourage optimism.
Sr. Saeba managed to reach the prize zone despite starting with a short stack. He tweeted, "Pues mi segundo itm en un estrellas. Remando desde la mano 2 de torneo pero cash." Darkored lost his comfortable stack in the early hands and had to revert to the 'ninja plan'. He tweeted, "Se rompe la burbuja en el #ESPTValencia y pasamos por caja! ;) Ahora a obrar algún milagro con las 10bb que me quedan xD." cerecito demonstrated his ability to manage a short stack and reached the prize zone.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
