Alex Foxen and Kristen Biknell Tie the Knot in Tropical Paradise
Poker power couple Alex Foxen and Kristen Biknell officially tied the knot in early April. The ceremony took place on the tropical islands of Florida Keys, with only close relatives and friends in attendance. Alex Foxen proposed to his girlfriend, Kristen Biknell, in May of last year.
The newlyweds decided to combine their honeymoon with participation in the WPT Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open, which was held in Hollywood, Florida. The event took place just an hour and a half drive from their wedding location.
During the series, Kristen Biknell finished 8th in a $1,100 tournament, earning $12,080. Her husband, Alex Foxen, was the runner-up in a $50,000 tournament, earning $515,580. The couple seems eager to continue their poker journey together, even during their honeymoon.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
