WSOP Online: Is a Platform Change on the Horizon?
The WSOP Online bracelet series is running alongside the live festival, with more than $17.5 million in guaranteed prize money across three festivals. Eight bracelet events have been completed so far, with only two tournaments generating prize pools above $1 million.
The $555 Mystery Bounty event attracted 2,063 entries, generating a prize pool of $1,031,500. The $250 Mystery Bounty event drew 5,185 entries, building a prize pool of $1,166,625.
WSOP Online has operated on 888’s software since the regulated US online poker market launched in Nevada in 2013. The current client includes rabbit hunting, throwables, emojis, and other engagement features commonly found across major online poker sites. The long-running software arrangement between WSOP and 888 is approaching a key decision point, with discussions regarding the future of the partnership understood to be ongoing.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
