WSOP Main Event Kicks Off: Live Coverage by Poker-Red
The World Series of Poker (WSOP) Main Event starts on July 2, 2018, and runs until July 14, 2018. The event has a buy-in of $10,000 and features top international players. iHolma, a professor from the EducaSpin Project, will represent Spain in the event.
Poker-Red will provide live coverage of the event, sponsored by 888poker, the official online sponsor. Guillermo Sanz and Felipe Arnuncio will be the voices and eyes of the coverage, bringing the excitement of the Casino Rio directly to viewers. The live coverage will start at 20:00 CET (11:00 AM in Las Vegas).
Fans can expect thrilling moments, including bluffs, nerve-wracking decisions, and the hope of seeing a Spanish player in the final table, as seen with Andoni Larrabe in 2014 and Fernando Pons in 2016. The event promises nights of intense poker action, and viewers are encouraged not to miss out on the excitement.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
