UFC Unveils Ambitious Expansion Plans for Las Vegas
The UFC is developing a master plan to expand its facilities onto surrounding areas in Las Vegas. The promotion owns 70 acres north of the 215 Beltway, between Jones and Rainbow boulevards, in Las Vegas. The UFC headquarters, Performance Institute, and the Meta Apex facility are the only facilities built by the promotion so far.
The UFC SVP & COO Lawrence Epstein mentioned that there are about 35 acres that are still not developed by the company. The Meta Apex facility recently received an upgrade, allowing it to host 1,300 people. The venue now also features a second-floor mezzanine which can accommodate 90 guests, new state-of-the-art kitchens, larger LED screens, retractable bleachers, and more. The UFC President & CEO Dana White confirmed that a plan was indeed in the works, and that the UFC wanted to make use of the properties and land it owned.
Ideas floated for the expansion include a hotel as well as further expansion with the UFC’s "TKO partner WWE." However, no concrete plan has been locked in just yet.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
