Stars Group Seeks Customer Manager for Full Tilt Poker

Stars Group, which owns PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker, has posted a job listing for a customer manager for Full Tilt Poker. The office of Stars Group is located in Dublin. The customer manager will help develop attractive and effective offers for Full Tilt Poker users. Candidates must have experience as a customer manager, knowledge of online gambling, and experience in the casino industry.

Full Tilt Poker currently operates on the PokerStars platform, with identical player pools and conditions. The only difference is the client software. Stars Group also owns PokerStars Casino, BetStars, PokerStars Championship, and PokerStars Festival.

It is unclear whether a major relaunch of Full Tilt Poker is expected. The company's other brands include PokerStars Casino, BetStars, PokerStars Championship, and PokerStars Festival.

I've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
