SHRB Poker Series: Viktor Bloom's Lead and Artur Martirosyan's Victory
The SHRB poker series featured six tournaments on the final day, with three having shortened levels and a one-day format. The series was intense, with Viktor Bloom leading the overall standings with a 273-point lead and $454k more in prize money than his closest competitor, Artur Martirosyan.
Viktor Bloom lost the decisive hand to Alexandros Kolonias in the first Saturday tournament, ending his run on the SHRB. Despite his lead, Bloom's loss marked the end of his dominance in the series. Alexandros Kolonias, who had a strong performance in the April Poker Masters series, secured a victory in this tournament.
Steven Chidwick won the $25k 6-max tournament, his first on the series. This victory was significant as it was his only registration besides the main event. Artur Martirosyan, along with Nikita Bodiakovskiy, Darrell 'FourSixFour' Goch, and Isaac Haxton, made it to the final day. However, Nikita and Isaac were eliminated quickly, leaving Artur and Darrell in a heated battle. Artur started the heads-up with a nearly two-fold chip lead but ultimately lost. Artur Martirosyan won the overall standings, participating in all Sunday tournaments and finishing in the money. This victory secured him a spot in the main $100k tournament. Nikita Bodiakovskiy achieved his best result on the series, finishing in the top 10 of the overall standings and making it to the money in 10 tournaments, a series high.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
