Shaun Deeb Bets $1M on Weight Loss Challenge

Shaun Deeb has agreed to a $1,000,000 bet with Bill Perkins to reach 17% body fat percentage within the next 14 months. Deeb, a five-time World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet winner, has bet $100,000 at 10:1 that he can reach a body fat percentage of 17% by the start of the 2024 WSOP.

Bill Perkins is known for his prop bets that aim to encourage his friends to become healthier. Deeb must reach 17% body fat by May 30, 2024, or lose the bet. Deeb has started his fitness journey by scheduling his first DEXA scan, which will give him an idea of where he stands in terms of body fat percentage.

Shaun Deeb has hired a personal trainer and was already on the treadmill within 20 minutes of Perkins agreeing to the terms of the bet. His dedication to this challenge is clearly high right now as he has already shed 10-12 pounds in just a couple of weeks.
