Russian Poker Tour in Kyiv: 35 Players Remain, Wintyara Leads
The Russian Poker Tour in Kyiv has reached its third day with 35 players remaining in the main event. The tournament has seen a significant increase in participants compared to the previous event in November. The main event has 27 players in the prize pool, with the first place winning 122,000 dollars.
Wintyara, known as Anatoly Schwartz, has 360K chips, which is a strong position in the tournament. Wintyara is currently one of the top players with only four players having more chips than him.
The tournament features many familiar faces, including Konstantin Puchkov, Mikhail Tulchinsky, Alexander Dovzhenko, and Garik Yaroshevsky. The event has attracted a large number of participants, with 231 players registering for the main event and over 141 players in the 500$ tournament.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
