Rene Nezhoda's Impressive Run in $10 Million GTD Venom Tournament
Rene Nezhoda, the Storage Wars star, has been making waves in the poker world with his recent tournament performances. Nezhoda finished 403rd in the $10 million GTD Venom tournament on ACR, securing a prize of $6,025.50. His live tournament record includes nine cashes, with four of those coming from the World Series of Poker (WSOP) over the past three years.
Nezhoda's bust-out hand in the Venom tournament was a speculative jam on the flop with a flush draw that couldn't find any help against a middle set. Despite the loss, his performance in the tournament was impressive, and he has also mentioned cashing in four of the Venom events from the previous year.
In addition to his tournament successes, Nezhoda is set to appear on Live at the Bike in a special episode arranged by Phil Hellmuth. Fans of poker and Storage Wars will have the opportunity to see Nezhoda in action on the show. Meanwhile, the ACR OSS CUB3D is heading into its final two weeks, featuring massive prizes up for grabs. The OSS and BOSS events include three multi-flight tourneys: $2.5 Million ($630 buy-in), $1.5 Million PKO ($215 buy-in) and $250,000 ($22 buy-in).

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
