PokerStars Implements New Restrictions on Transfers and Withdrawals
PokerStars has updated its cashier interface to display two balances: 'Available' and 'Available to Withdraw'. The 'Available' balance shows all funds, including winnings, deposits, and transfers from other players. The 'Available to Withdraw' balance shows funds that can be withdrawn or transferred to another player.
Players must now 'play through' deposited funds at least once before withdrawing or transferring them. The new rules apply to transfers between players as well. This means that funds received from a transfer must be used for play before they can be withdrawn or transferred to another player.
GipsyTeam members have special conditions for registering with Skrill, Neteller, and ecoPayz. For more details, players can visit the GipsyTeam forum.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
