PokerStars Launches Full Suite of Products in Ontario, Canada

PokerStars, part of Flutter Entertainment, has launched a regulated offering across its poker, casino and sports products in Ontario. The launch follows PokerStars being granted a full registration to operate in the Canadian province of Ontario by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and the signing of an operating agreement with iGaming Ontario, a subsidiary of the AGCO that brings gambling to the province in a safe environment, helping to protect consumers and provide more choice.

Dan Taylor, CEO of Flutter International, commented on the announcement, stating that Ontario's online gambling market is going through a stage of huge growth following its opening in early April. He expressed that being able to launch the full range of PokerStars products as a registered operator in the province is an enormous achievement.

Taylor also thanked all those involved in helping to make PokerStars' range of safe and trusted products available to players in Ontario and for their contribution towards the ongoing strategy of growing the business in regulated markets.
