Poker Player Banned for Using Real-Time Assistance Software
A poker player was banned from ACR Poker after using real-time assistance software during a game. The incident gained attention when a video was posted by the account TrenirusGTO, which positions itself as a GTO solver for 6-max players. The video showed a player using real-time assistance software to make decisions during the game.
The player, whose nickname was UGLYRETD, made a deposit of $14.13 and played on ACR Poker for only one day. During that time, the player played 65 hands at $0.05/$0.10, 27 hands at $0.02/$0.05, and 19 hands at $0.01/$0.02, losing a total of $13.12. Despite the loss, seven players who lost to UGLYRETD will receive compensation.
The account was banned, and ACR Poker has emphasized that real-time assistance is strictly prohibited. The room's security service is focused on identifying all accounts involved and understanding the full scope of their actions. ACR Poker has thanked the poker community for their attention to this issue and for the information that aided their investigation.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
