Poker Liquidity Deal: Historic Agreement to be Signed in Rome
The Dirección General de Ordenación del Juego confirmed that the agreement on shared liquidity for poker between France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal will be signed on July 6, 2017 in Rome. The agreement will establish the basis for cooperation between the signing authorities and will be followed by necessary developments in each jurisdiction to enable liquidity for poker.
The initial talks seemed to involve the United Kingdom but the Brexit has likely removed the country from the equation.
The signing of the agreement will be followed by a joint press release. The poker community is eagerly awaiting this historic moment, which is expected to significantly impact the online poker landscape in Europe.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
