Partypoker LIVE Announces Millions South America in Rio de Janeiro
The Millions South America tournament will take place from March 15 to 24, 2019, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, with a total guarantee of $7,000,000. The buy-in for the main tournament is $10,300, and there will be extensive online satellite tournaments to help players qualify.
Russian players Bubble-boy, st.german.jr, and SportBit, as well as Ukrainian player tatinho01, have already won packages to the tournament through online satellites. The tournament will feature a two-day entry format with no re-entries, and late registration will be open for four levels.
Phil Hellmuth, a 15-time WSOP bracelet winner, is confirmed to participate and will hold a master class on March 18. The Sochi Poker Festival will start on February 16, 2019, with a main event featuring a buy-in of 38,500 rubles and a guarantee of 7,000,000 rubles.
