Partypoker MILLIONS Sochi: Main Tournament Kicks Off with Exciting Action
The main tournament and the Triton tournament with a buy-in of 3,000,000 rubles started today at the Partypoker MILLIONS Sochi series.
Over 100 participants registered for the main tournament on the first level, with a total of 200 participants by the end of the day. Players started with stacks of 1,000,000 at levels 5,000/10,000/5,000. Dmitry Gromov was the first to be eliminated after 30 minutes.
Boris Yanpolsky had a successful start, finishing the day with a stack of 3.5 million. Victor 'Enlight' Kudinov, Oleg 'Fukuruku' Vasilchenko, and Gleb 'psyhoagromor' Kovtunov were seated together and discussed every hand in detail during breaks. Gleb Kovtunov, who had not appeared in live poker for about a year, plans to take another year off.
