NFL Insider: Mike Tomlin to Jets Could Bring Lamar Jackson
As the new NFL season approaches, there is a lot of speculation about potential moves and changes within the league. Jason La Canfora, an award-winning NFL reporter and insider, has shared some intriguing insights about the New York Jets. La Canfora suggests that if Mike Tomlin becomes the head coach of the Jets, Lamar Jackson could join the team.
La Canfora, who has insider information from NFL managers and owners, revealed that Lamar Jackson, the two-time MVP quarterback, has a no-trade clause and a no-franchise tag clause, with an $85m cap hit in 2027. He also mentioned that Lamar Jackson has demanded trades in the past but ended up signing with the Ravens.
La Canfora concluded by saying, "But I can tell you, if Mike Tomlin got to New York, and if 3 first-round picks can get you Lamar Jackson, and if that defense is as good as some people think it could be, and if there’s some pieces on offense, that’s something to absolutely look out for in 2027."

At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
