Natural8 Blocks Players from Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus
Natural8, a popular poker platform, has blocked access for players from several countries, including Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus. This restriction was first implemented in November, affecting a total of 12 countries. The initial list included Belgium, Georgia, Slovakia, Greece, and the Czech Republic.
In July, Natural8 expanded its restricted list to include nine more countries, primarily from the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). These countries are Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, and Tajikistan. Players from these regions now see a notification upon entering the Natural8 client, informing them that the game is unavailable due to legal restrictions.
For players from these restricted countries, an alternative poker room is GGпокерок, which is part of the GGNetwork. GGпокерок accepts players from Ukraine, Russia, and Belarus, offering a similar interface to Natural8. The poker room boasts good traffic in cash games, a large number of tournaments, attractive promotions, and a variety of software features. Additionally, upon registration, players can enjoy a no-deposit bonus, a bonus on the first deposit, and other incentives. The poker room is currently hosting the World Series of Poker (WSOP) online, with the first deposit bonus paid in WSOP tickets, giving players a chance to win a gold bracelet from home.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
