Michael Gagliano's WSOP Main Event Journey: From Grind to Final Table
Michael Gagliano, a BetMGM Ambassador, is known for his tournament grind. His first recorded live cash was in June 2008 at the Heartland Poker Tour Verona festival. Gagliano has 155 in-the-money finishes, $3.3 million in cashes, and four WSOP bracelets.
Gagliano likened the WSOP Main Event grind to Groundhog Day, saying it feels like the number of players doesn't go down. He said he would be happy when there are nine players left.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
