This change in policy means that Ukrainian users will no longer be able to play on the platform. All open/pending bets will be canceled, and funds will be returned according to the relevant terms.

Any unpaid loyalty points on your poker account will be converted into cash on your account, which can be withdrawn along with the remaining balance. Users can withdraw their funds until May 31.
