Full Tilt Poker Launches Rush Poker: A New Era of Fast-Paced Action

Full Tilt Poker has introduced a new game mode called Rush Poker, which minimizes the waiting time between hands. Rush Poker allows players to instantly move to a new table with a new set of opponents when they fold their cards. This new mode is designed to keep the action fast-paced and exciting, providing a fresh experience for poker enthusiasts.

In addition to Rush Poker, the update includes new table types with different stack sizes. Shallow Tables are designed for players who prefer shorter stacks, with a minimum buy-in of 20 big blinds and a maximum of 40 big blinds. Standard Tables have a minimum buy-in of 35 big blinds and a maximum of 100 big blinds. Deep Tables cater to those who prefer deeper stacks, with a minimum buy-in of 75 big blinds and a maximum of 200 big blinds. The default buy-in for standard tables is now 70 big blinds, up from the previous 40 big blinds.

The new update also separates players using short stack strategies from the rest with special Shallow Tables. This change aims to create a more balanced playing field and enhance the overall gaming experience. The update has received positive feedback from prominent poker players. Howard Lederer described Rush Poker as an excellent way to learn poker. Chris Ferguson called it the biggest innovation in online poker since its inception. Andy Bloch described it as the way poker should be: a game of action. Gus Hansen said he will play a lot of Rush Poker because of the many hands and action. Patrick Antonius described Rush Poker as a paradise for grinders, offering a completely new way to play poker.
