Flutter UK&I CEO Conor Grant Steps Down, Ian Brown to Take Over
Flutter Entertainment plc has announced significant leadership changes in its UK & Ireland (UK&I) business. Conor Grant, who has served as the CEO of Flutter UK&I, has resigned and will leave his role before the end of the year to take a planned career break.
Ian Brown, the former CEO of Booking.com’s Trips division, will succeed Conor Grant. Brown will assume responsibility for the Paddy Power, Sky Betting and Gaming, Betfair and Tombola brands in the UK & Ireland. Conor and Ian will work together to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities.
Conor Grant joined Sky Betting & Gaming 12 years ago and oversaw a hugely successful period for the company, including its transformational sale to The Stars Group. Following Flutter’s merger with The Stars Group two years ago, Conor has led the consolidation of Flutter’s UK&I business, including managing the business through the pandemic and leading the business’ response on the UK Government’s review of gambling legislation. He also successfully completed the acquisition of the UK’s leading bingo operator, Tombola.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
