Flutter Unveils Global Advocacy Programme to Promote Diversity and Inclusion
Flutter has launched the Global Advocacy Programme, an initiative led by members of its Executive Committee, to champion different diversity groups and amplify their voices on a global scale.
The Global Advocacy Programme will be spearheaded by the Group Executive Committee who will focus on four global workstreams: Gender, Multicultural, LGBTQIA+, and Accessibility. These workstreams are led by key executives including FanDuel CEO, Amy Howe, Group CLO and Commercial Director, Pádraig Ó Ríordáin, Sportsbet CEO, Barni Evans, and Group CIO, Paul Cutter.
The programme comprises of four phases: listen, learn, advocate and action, each with clear aims and outcomes. The programme will draw on the insights of colleagues, with the Executive Committee using the learnings to oversee the co-creation of an action plan on common themes that can drive scalable and meaningful change across Flutter. The programme will be central to achieving the mission of understanding the lived experiences of colleagues across Flutter, particularly those from marginalised communities.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
