Flutter Entertainment Unveils Bold Sustainability Plan

Flutter Entertainment has launched its inaugural sustainability strategy, the Positive Impact Plan. This comprehensive plan identifies three key areas of focus: helping customers to PLAY WELL, empowering colleagues to WORK BETTER, and working with communities to DO MORE.

By 2030, Flutter aims to have 75% of its active online customers globally using one or more of its Play Well tools. The company also plans to improve the lives of 10 million people using the power of sport and play, the skills of its colleagues, and the reach of its brand. In 2021, Flutter invested over £45 million to support and promote safe play across its global operations.

The Positive Impact Plan is focused on leveraging Flutter's global scale to provide better access to the insight, skills, and capabilities of the wider Group. The Play Well strategy aims to provide customers with a positive, entertaining, and safe experience at all times. By 2026, Flutter aims to have 40% of women in its top leadership roles, and by 2030, the Work Better strategy aims to build a more diverse and inclusive business.
