Flutter Entertainment Delists from London Stock Exchange, Focuses on US Market
Flutter Entertainment has officially delisted from the London Stock Exchange. The company confirmed the move on Monday, August 3, with FLUT shares no longer traded on the UK's main market.
Flutter Entertainment cited low trading volume and rising regulatory costs in London as key reasons for the delisting. The company will maintain its public offer on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), prioritizing the US market due to its fast-growing iGaming and sports betting industry.
Flutter Entertainment first announced plans to prioritize its US listing in January 2024. The company's sports betting brand, FanDuel, cut several hundred jobs in June 2026.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
