EducaPoker Students Shine on Day 1 of ESPT Madrid
The first day of the Estrellas Poker Tour (ESPT) Madrid saw a strong turnout with 219 participants, including a significant contingent from EducaPoker.
Eduardo de las Rivas, known as corbein, led the EducaPoker students with an impressive 74,000 points, well above the average of 50,000. Other notable performances included David Rodríguez, known as darko15, who finished the day with 45,300 points, José Luis Puente, known as amavis, with 20,800 points, and David Arenas, known as cerecito, with 18,400 points.
Unfortunately, not all EducaPoker students fared as well. Ángel Cobo, known as 11angelito, and Víctor Vaquero, known as metallico89, were eliminated from the tournament. Despite these setbacks, the EducaPoker team remains optimistic about their chances in the upcoming days of the tournament.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
