Three More Russians Advance in EPT Snowfest Day 2
The second day of the EPT Snowfest poker tournament brought significant developments, with several key players either advancing or being eliminated. Konstantin Puchkov was one of the notable players who did not make it through the day.
Boris Becker, a member of the PokerStars Team Pro and a tennis legend, was eliminated from the tournament. He added his remaining chips to Luca Pagano's stack, who has a special relationship with the random number generator in EPT tournaments, rarely failing to enter the prize zone. However, Becker's wife, Lily, remains in the game with 99,800 chips.
Coen Berendsen from the Netherlands has the highest number of chips with 162,000, but this is only the fifth highest in the overall standings. Other notable eliminations include Bertrand 'ElkY' Grospellier, Dario Minieri, Peter de Korver, and Kevin McFee. Among the remaining Russian players are Alexander Dovzhenko, Dmitry Vitykind, and Evgeny 'Swen' Zaicev.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
