Wazdan Enters Finland with Veikkaus Partnership Ahead of Market Liberalization

Wazdan has entered the Finnish iGaming market through a partnership with Veikkaus. This strategic move comes as Finland prepares to roll out its regulated market, allowing private operators to compete in the online casino and sports betting sectors.

Wazdan is bringing a variety of well-established games and franchises locally to the Nordic country. Among those are Hot Slot: 777 Platinum Crown, Hot Slot: 777 Gold Crown, and Mighty Hot: 777. The partnership will see additional games added, including Sizzling 777 Deluxe, Mighty Crown: Legacy of Mars, Magic Fruits Deluxe, and Hot Slot: 777 Cash Out.

Veikkaus VP iCasino Riikka Seppänen further elaborated on the opportunity to expand the company's portfolio of titles ahead of the private market launch in mid-2027.
