Bodiakovskii and Martirosyan Dominate EPT Monte Carlo with Major Wins
Nikita Bodiakovskii had a stellar run at the EPT Monte Carlo, winning two high-stakes tournaments, each worth over $1 million. In the €100,000 buy-in tournament, Nikita shared the heads-up with Alex Kulev. Despite leading the final table with a significant chip advantage, Nikita ultimately lost the heads-up.
However, Nikita's fortunes changed in the multi-day high roller tournament with a €25,000 buy-in. He entered the final table with the third-largest stack and systematically eliminated his opponents. In the heads-up against Ben Hitt, Nikita started with a substantial lead but eventually agreed to a chop, securing a share of the prize.
Artur Martirosyan also had a notable performance. He finished 4th in the €100,000 buy-in tournament and shared the €25,000 buy-in tournament with Alexey Ponyakov. Martirosyan's strategic play and resilience were evident throughout the series, earning him respect from fellow players and spectators alike.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
