English Casinos Reopen with Strict Safety Measures
After months of closure due to the coronavirus pandemic, English casinos are set to reopen on July 4th with strict safety measures in place. All non-essential businesses, including casinos, were closed in England on 23 March due to the coronavirus epidemic.
Casino operators are preparing to welcome visitors back with new safety protocols. Visitors and staff must use disinfectants before and during games, and maintain a social distance of at least two meters. Casino operators plan to use tables with partitions to ensure safety.
Despite the reopening, casinos may face challenges due to the two-week quarantine requirement for foreign visitors. The quarantine rule may deter many international clients from visiting the casinos immediately after reopening.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
