EducaPoker Confirms No Major Changes Despite Spain's New Gambling Law
EducaPoker has released an official statement addressing the implementation of Spain's new gambling law, which was approved in May 2011. The law, known as 13/2011, establishes a regulatory framework for online gambling activities, including poker.
According to the statement, EducaPoker will maintain its current system of EducaPuntos, teaching staff, and educational materials. The only change users in Spain will notice is that they will only be shown poker rooms that have obtained a Spanish gambling license.
For users outside of Spain, EducaPoker assures that there will be no appreciable changes, and operations will continue as usual.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
