EducaPoker's 2014: A Year of Milestones and Achievements

EducaPoker celebrated its 5th anniversary in 2014, marking a significant milestone with various events and achievements throughout the year. The anniversary celebrations included the takeover of the Casino Mediterráneo by the blue troops, a visit to Terra Mítica with a gala dinner, and moments of camaraderie.

The school's alumni who participated in the WSOP Main Event included 'El Elegido', 'jonima80', 'danielxan', 'cascolitro', 'SrSaeba', and 'erikmelissen'. These players, known as the EducaPoker Las Vegas 2014 Team, were part of the Plan Summa, which allowed them to take a significant step in their poker careers by playing in the Main Event of the World Series of Poker.

Andoni Larrabe became the first Spanish player to reach the November Nine in the WSOP Main Event, showcasing the EducaPoker patch on the final table. Although he did not win, finishing 6th in the most prestigious poker tournament was a remarkable achievement. Additionally, Vicky Coren won the EPT San Remo, becoming the first person to win two main events on the European Poker Tour. Raúl Mestre also had a notable performance, finishing 10th in the same tournament.
