Drake Accuses Casino of Racism After Being Denied Entry
After his performance at Rogers Arena, Drake decided to visit Parq Casino. The Grammy-winning artist was denied entry, which he attributed to prejudice. He expressed his frustration on Instagram, stating that Parq Casino was the worst gambling establishment he had ever seen and that he was denied entry despite having everything required.
Fans of Drake were outraged by the casino's response and speculated that the denial was due to racism. The casino temporarily closed its Instagram account due to the influx of negative comments. Parq Casino later apologized to Drake, stating that they strive to provide a safe and pleasant experience for all customers and categorically oppose any form of racism.
Despite Drake deleting his Instagram story, the incident sparked a significant backlash against Parq Casino, with fans sharing negative experiences and calling for a boycott.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
