Douglas Polk Initiates Recall Process for Las Vegas Mayor Caroline Goodman
Douglas Polk, a three-time WSOP bracelet winner, announced he will initiate a recall process against Las Vegas mayor Caroline Goodman. He asked for help from Las Vegas residents who voted for the current mayor to notarize a 'Notice of Intent to Recall'.
Polk posted on his Twitter page, asking for a couple of people to notarize the document, which would move the process forward. He also invited Daniel Negreanu to meet and notarize the necessary documents together. However, there was no response from Negreanu.
Polk's announcement comes after mayor Caroline Goodman called for the easing of restrictions in Las Vegas and Nevada, arguing that the lockdown has led to mass unemployment and could have 'terrible consequences' in the future.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
