Brazilian Poker Pros Cleared of Collusion Allegations by 888poker

Two Brazilian high-stakes poker players, Rodrigo “seijistar1” Seiji and Rodrigo “selouan1991” Selouan, have been cleared of collusion allegations by 888poker after a thorough investigation. The investigation was prompted by a tweet from Fedor Holz on Christmas Day, who suggested that the two players had almost certainly engaged in collusion.

888poker responded quickly to the allegations, conducting an in-depth analysis of the players' history to check for any obvious cases of soft playing. The investigation found no evidence of foul play, leading 888poker to clear the players of any wrongdoing.

A chat message from the players' 9Tales stable stated that the hand in question was not an obvious call, and that the decision made in the game was misjudged. Brazilian poker site MundoPoker posted a screenshot of the email from 888poker, which confirmed that the players' accounts had been reopened and that there was no evidence of foul play.
