Ben Sulski Talks Exercise and Poker Bots on PokerStars
Poker player Ben Sulski, known by his aliases Sauce and Mr. GTO, has an unusual exercise routine: he records educational videos while walking on a treadmill. Sulski prefers this method over sitting on a chair while playing online poker, citing scientific research that highlights the dangers of a sedentary lifestyle.
Sulski walks about 25-30 miles a week on his treadmill, a habit he started last winter. He has been playing poker seriously for about 6 years and believes it is more difficult to rise from micro-limits to high-stakes in today's poker environment.
In a recent discussion, Sulski also addressed the issue of suspected bot activity on PokerStars. There are 11 accounts playing on various limits that are potentially bots. Some of these accounts have been banned, while others continue to play and are among the most profitable. The suspected bot accounts show nearly identical statistics, suggesting they might be coordinated. PokerStars has not officially commented on the suspected bot activity despite ongoing discussions.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
