Alderney Commission's $172M Error in Full Tilt Poker Seizure Report
The Alderney Gambling Control Commission (AGCC) reported that the U.S. Department of Justice seized $331 million from Full Tilt Poker. However, Subject: Poker reported that the actual amount seized was around $159 million, not $331 million.
The AGCC's report included errors, such as adding $42 million stolen by Daniel Cvetkov to the seized amount. This error was highlighted by Subject: Poker, which has direct access to Full Tilt's internal accounting.
Meanwhile, Bwin.party's executive director, Jim Ryan, has been meeting with potential investors in the USA. Ryan has been in the U.S. for the past five weeks, discussing potential investments with American companies.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
