Legendary NFL Lineman Alan Faneca Praises Steelers' Zach Frazier and O-line
Former NFL lineman Alan Faneca has heaped praise on the Pittsburgh Steelers' offensive line, particularly highlighting the leadership of Zach Frazier. In an exclusive interview with Casino Guru News, Faneca described Frazier as a talented player who sets the tone for the unit. "It’s being held down by Zach in the middle. He’s a great player, great tone setter, I think, for that line, you know. I’ve been watching him a little bit lately, and you know, you look at some of the techniques, and I’m just amazed at it," Faneca said.
Faneca was particularly impressed by a unique blocking technique used by the center player and his teammates. He described the technique as hooking the arm and leg to tilt and move the opponent, expressing frustration that he did not use this method during his own NFL career. "I need to figure out what they call it, man, but they kind of like hook the arm when they got a double team, hook the leg and like kind of tilt them up and give them a ride," Faneca said.
Beyond the impressive techniques, Faneca believes the Steelers have a strong mix of young talent and experienced players. He stated, "They’re going to get better playing with each other, and a young group is only naturally going to get better. They are playing well now, so I think the bar is just going to keep getting raised the higher they go." This combination of youth and experience promises good results and continued improvement for the Steelers.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
