2018 CBP Ranking Rules and Calendar: Everything You Need to Know
The 2018 CBP Ranking has specific criteria for point scoring, including exclusions for certain types of tournaments. To be eligible for the season champion title, a player must participate in at least two stages of the CBP and be awarded in at least two tournaments.
Points are awarded based on the official CBP scoring table, which varies according to the number of players and the player's final ranking. Only officially awarded players will have their points counted, and any agreement among players to increase the number of awarded players will not be considered.
Any financial agreement among players in a final table will automatically assign the points of the next eliminated player to all remaining players. Hyper Turbo tournaments will award half the usual points to the winners.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
