Squeeze in poker

Definition

A 3-bet made after one player raised and at least one other player called, squeezing both of them.

The squeeze is strong because the caller has a capped range and the raiser has to worry about the player left behind. The pot is already big thanks to the dead money from the caller.

A squeeze is usually larger than a normal 3-bet to take into account the extra player.
