Pot-limit Omaha (PLO) in poker
Definition
A poker game like Hold'em but with four hole cards, of which exactly two must be used, and bets limited to the size of the pot.
Because you have four hole cards and must use two of them with three of the board, hands run much closer in equity and draws are far more powerful. The nuts is needed far more often than in Hold'em.
The pot-limit betting structure caps the maximum bet at the size of the pot, which makes all-ins less common than in no-limit games.
