BB/100 in poker
Definition
Your win rate in cash games: how many big blinds you win per 100 hands.
BB/100 lets you compare results at different stakes. A solid winner at small stakes may earn 2 to 5 BB/100, while only the best players hold more than 10 BB/100 over a large sample.
Because variance is high, you need tens of thousands of hands to tell whether a win rate is real.
