WSOP Paradise Moves to Baha Mar Resort for December Event

The World Series of Poker Paradise will move to the Baha Mar Resort in the Bahamas in December.

The WSOP Paradise launched in 2023 and became a popular addition to the WSOP brand. The first series included a $5,000 main event with 3,010 entries and Germany’s Stanislav Segal won the $2 million first place prize.

In 2024, the series’ signature $25,000 super main event featured a $50 million guarantee, with 1,978 entries, and China’s Yinan Zhou won the tournament, collecting $6 million. In 2025, the guarantee was hiked to $60 million, the field reached 2,891 entries and ultimately produced a $72.3 million prize pool, with Austria’s Bernhard Binder pocketing $10 million.

I've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
