WPT Global Launches Mega Hour Tournaments with World Cup Ticket Giveaways

WPT Global has enhanced its daily tournament schedule with the introduction of Mega Hour tournaments, offering a daily guaranteed prize pool of ¥500,000. These new Asia-facing events will feature 16 tournaments daily, with two additional events at 08:30 AM and 01:30 PM, providing a rich and appealing schedule for tournament grinders. The tournaments will have buy-ins ranging from ¥11 to ¥55, with guarantees increasing throughout the day up to ¥60,000.

In addition to the Mega Hour tournaments, WPT Global is giving away at least one package for the Summer Polish Poker Cup via its $44 Weekly Finale qualifiers, played every Sunday at 08:30 PM CEST. The tournament packages will be worth $800 each and will include the €150 Summer Polish Poker Cup buy-in and 3 nights at the Tatra Hotel in Bratislava for two. Polish players have an extra chance to win a seat in the tournament for free through a freeroll qualifier every Saturday at 05:00 PM.

WPT Global is also offering Canadian players a chance to win VIP tickets for Canada’s group stage matches in the FIFA World Cup. The FIFA World Cup will be hosted by the USA, Canada, and Mexico, with Canada playing group stage matches against Bosnia and Herzegovina, Qatar, and Switzerland. Canadian players can start their path toward winning World Cup tickets in freeroll tournaments hosted every Sunday at 04:00 PM ET. The winners of these freeroll tournaments will receive $3.30 satellite tickets, which can be used to qualify for the $33 Semi-Finale events and ultimately the $330 Finals, where VIP packages to different Canada matches will be awarded.
