Santiago Cañizares and Campa to Feature in Warm-Up Sportium Valencia
The Warm-Up Sportium Valencia poker tournament is set to feature some well-known faces, including Santiago Cañizares and Campa. The event, sponsored by Sportium, will take place at the Casino Cirsa in Valencia on March 28 and 29, 2014.
Santiago Cañizares, the ambassador of Sportium, will act as a bounty in the tournament. Players who "capture" Cañizares will receive an entry valued at 200€ for a qualifying satellite for the EPT Montecarlo. This adds an exciting twist to the event, as players will have the chance to compete against a well-known figure in the poker community.
In addition to Cañizares, Campa will also participate in the tournament, providing another exciting opportunity for players to share the table with a favorite pro or eliminate them. The entry fee for the tournament is 200€, but Sportium offers the possibility to enter through satellite tournaments starting at just 5.50€. Satellite tournaments will be held from March 23 to 26, 2014.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
