US Player Wins $700 Battle Against Casino: A Tale of Persistence and CRC Victory

A US casino player recently found himself in a lengthy dispute with an online casino over $700 in winnings. The Casino Guru Complaint Resolution Center (CRC), often referred to as the 'Supreme Court for Online Players,' has returned over $60 million to players who were initially refused payouts by online casinos.

The player, who made a $40 deposit, faced a customer support nightmare as he spent three months trying to cash out his winnings. The casino's support agents advised him to mix his money with bonus funds, a practice that could lead to the loss of the entire sum. The player was also told to cancel his withdrawal and try again, adding to his frustration.

The case took a bizarre turn when the player attempted to withdraw his winnings in two separate transactions: $400 and $300. The $400 withdrawal was suddenly reduced to $160 due to the casino's classification of the winnings as a 'free chip,' which had a set of different rules. The player was also flagged for a violation of claiming two bonuses in a row without making a fresh deposit in between, despite having support agents manually add the bonuses for him. The casino claimed that the winnings 'had no monetary value - they were virtual winnings above the limit.'
