Sergi Reixach Wins $49,050 in Monday Megasonic Tournament
Sergi Reixach, a pro from the MTT Project, dominated the $1,500 Monday Megasonic HR tournament, securing a victory of $49,050. The tournament, part of the World Festival, had a prize pool of $196,650 and attracted 138 players.
In a heads-up match, Reixach defeated Ding Biao, who took home $35,467 for his second-place finish. The tournament saw 20 players make it into the in-the-money positions, including Benjamin Rolle and Ding Biao.
This victory comes just a day after Reixach's win in the $1,500 Short Deck Championship, where he earned $103,915. The Monday Megasonic HR tournament had fewer than half the registrations of the Short Deck Championship, highlighting Reixach's consistent performance and dominance in the poker scene.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
