Resorts World at the Aqueduct Racetrack in Queens will open more than 200 table games on April 28. The games will include blackjack, craps, baccarat, and roulette on a renovated third floor. Queens native and rapper Nas will be in attendance for the ribbon cutting and will christen the new games with the throw of the first dice.
The expansion project totals $5.5 billion and will include 6,000 slot machines, 800 table games, 1,600 hotel rooms, a new 7,000-seat entertainment venue, 12 acres of public green space, and a spa.
Resorts World will add 1,250 jobs, including 950 table games dealer positions.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
