PokerStars on FanDuel Boosts Nightly Stars Tournaments with Major Upgrades
PokerStars on FanDuel has announced significant improvements to its Nightly Stars tournaments, focusing on enhancing the existing events rather than adding new ones. The upgrades, which went live on July 27, aim to provide players with more value and a better overall experience. The Nightly Stars tournaments, which are daily events, form the backbone of the operator’s MTT schedule, attracting the largest crowds and offering the best value for money.
The starting stack for Nightly Stars tournaments has been increased to 10,000 chips from the previous 5,000. Guarantees have also been bumped up to $25,000 on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and to $22,500 on other nights. Late registration now ends at the 400/800 level, giving players more time to join the action. Additionally, new blind levels have been introduced to ensure more deep-stacked play during the early stages.
For players with smaller bankrolls, PokerStars on FanDuel offers mini versions of its Nightly events. These mini tournaments have buy-ins of just a few bucks and guarantees of around 10% of the bigger buy-in tournaments.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
